Google Updated Markup Requirements for AMP Structured Data Pages Article


Google has updated the markup requirements for AMP structured data pages Article. The new changes relate to the publisher’s logo and have so far been made to the English-language search documentation.

This update translates that Google understands both raw URLs and ImageObject markup.

The description of the property publisher.logo indicates that when using the ImageObject type, the URL of the logo must be specified in the URL field.
