Google My Business is gradually adding new metrics to its performance report. Some US users noticed in the report the appearance of new data – the number of clicks on the link to the site and the number of requests for building a route.

Click-through data in the performance report

You can see the number of clicks on the link to the site from the company profile in the “Interactions” section.

Route requests to GMB

In the “Route Requests” tab, business owners will be able to see how many times users have asked for a route to the company office. This data will also appear in the Interactions section of the performance page.

Recall earlier in Google My Business appeared the ability to hide company phone numbers.
