Virtual meeting fatigue is a real problem that employees (and managers) are experiencing. Since in-person cues are harder to read over video, people are left feeling drained of energy as they try to connect virtually with their coworkers and employers. As remote work increases, business leaders need to reconsider how they host meetings using video conferencing tools to keep energy and morale up.

1. Allow Attendants To Connect Before The Meeting
